If a member of your family has become incapable of dealing with their property and affairs and healthcare and personal welfare without having made a valid Enduring Power of Attorney or Lasting Power of Attorney then an application must be made to the Office of the Public Guardian which has various powers including to appoint a deputy to administer and manage financial affairs.
