Michael Ivor-Jones
Michael is senior partner and joined Frederic Hall in 1979 to complete his Training Contract. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1981 and became a Partner in 1986.
Michael has practised broadly across family, civil litigation, personal injury and Landlord and Tenant, as well as private client and conveyancing.
He currently heads our Property Department and undertakes residential and commercial conveyancing and advises on Landlord and Tenant matters.
His work includes the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property and buy- to-lets and associated Mortgage work.
He drafts commercial Leases and deals with the buying and selling of businesses, shops and offices.
Outside work Michael enjoys walking, gardening and motor sport.
